Dialing it in with Rachel Quaintance.
Dialing it in with Rachel Quaintance.
Nice! It’s always to nice to see Jimmy’s back-up wife! Love the blue-eyed combo of JP & RQ.
Great episode guys! I’m really loving the calls at the end of the show.
Quiz show with comedians?
You should move to the UK. There are plenty there.
For those interested, here is the article that enraged Jimmy: http://nyti.ms/1078SnN
NNF, most Friendster friends ever!!!
I’m wondering how non US residents who listen to US podcasts can help SHIELD?
I am guessing we probably can not, since these stupid (no offense, USA) patent laws are not in effect in our countries. Well at least not in Europe.
You are 100% on the money Rok. Amazing that editorial was in the NYT.
Monday morning and the Quaintance is BACK!
Holy shit. “I heard Jimmy Carter” made me laugh harder than I ever have in my life. The phone call is a win!
The other article Matt refers to is this one
Love Rachel’s comments on bacon, so absolutely spot on!
I fucking love Rachael Quaintance as much as I dislike that lying sack Eliot Hochberg!
And I love you, Brian!
When RQ turned her shoulder and winked at the camera, that’s when I knew I was a man. She is so hot. (That sounded creepy…oh well.)
Feels good to be a winner, may the Randomizer never die! And Garon should be upset he never got a chance to win his $10 back …
Ok, friends, is the purpose of the podcast’s free version to be able to decide whether or not to buy the full episode? I use it like that at least.
Let’s find the funny: 1) Rachel wasn’t properly introduced, i assume she’s a comedienne 2) Rachel was barely included into the conversation 3) You spent 10 minutes on a contest 3 1/2 people are invested in instead.
Thanks for helping me out with the decision 😉
Hey Gabriele, in the time you took to complain about a free thing on the internet, you could have been watching your child on the monkey bars. Also, go fuck yourself 😉
I guess we now know what the F in Andrew F’s last name stands for.
Gabriele, I understand your reaction. This is not your typical podcast Q&A, it’s loosey goosey, stream of consciousness BS. Also, go fuck yourself you high-end cooz
Rocky, you have no proof that Gabriele is rich AND abuses animals. Therefore you epithet is inappropriate.
If your listening to the free version to decide if you want to purchase an episode then your probably not a true NNF fan or even worse not a Jimmy Pardo fan.To paraphrase our illustrious leader “this gal doesn’t get it”
Well said Mr. Glass. Now throw me some of those almonds over here!
For fantasy baseball – I’ll throw in a vote for ESPN fantasy focus baseball podcast with Matthew and Nate, always a good time. Really good episode, Rachel is a delight.
You guys are using a new timer?! A piece of history is gone from the show. There should be a contest to get the timer that’s been with the show since day one. And put me on the top of the list!
@all: As Eliot implied, you’re far too quick with your assumptions. I like the show and Jimmy+Team and their style of comedy but i still like to pick my episodes. By the way: When i last checked i was a male from Germany with no kids or animals and “Gabriele” is used for men and women equally in Italy. Plus, if i was “high-end” your language would keep me from even answering this. Now legitimately shit on me
P.S. Comment wasn’t meant to be a complaint as such, more a suggestion
I like anyone who spells my name correctly.
Gabriele…sorry for the gender confusion, please accept my change in comments to “this guy doesn’t get it” Danke.
and you’re far too quick to assume professional broadcasters want your suggestions-go fuck yourself and your girl name
Gabriele, I am hate to agree that you don’t get it but I don’t think you do. Jimmy’s quick wit and the way he paints a picture are the hallmarks of Never Not Funny. I enjoy the guests but Jimmy’s interaction with them is what really makes the show. The top of the show is actually my favorite part. Jimmy always finds the funny I am sorry you did not.
“You are a walking emergency brake” (or was it “human emergency brake”) made me laugh harder than anything in weeks.
Podmass was 100% on board with this episode: http://www.avclub.com/articles/dick-van-dyke-continues-wtfs-comedy-legends-streak,94089/.
RQ got one of the quotes of the week, and NNF was one of the best of the week.
yeah, jimmy’s response to garon’s hip hop comment killed me. so funny. rachel was so great and matt was hilarious.
by the way, jimmy, i would love an extended rant/discussion on survivor! i’m probably one of three listeners who still watch it and would get such a kick out of it.
