Wow. The curse got Steve.

This episode is hilarious (and a mile-a-minute!), but i raced here to post the same comment. RIP Steve Jobs, the cult of personality worships no other.

This is the first episode in over five years that I didn’t enjoy. I PROMISE it’s not because she’s black, just unfunny.

I guess this is what I get for taking Jimmy’s looseleaf-sized iPod idea…

Awesome guest, but the chemistry was missing – which is obviously Pardo’s fault. Screw that guy.

By the way – Elliot and that intern have way too much airtime – and I don’t mean that in a cheeky haha-Pardo-always-says-that way, I mean they literally should not be on mic. Or camera. Matt is perfectly capable of being yelled at and surfing around Wikipedia for 80s bands. Who gives a remote fuck if Elliot likes chicken wings or what that intern prefers to use his genitalia for?

I have been wondering if this would ever happen, the NNF gang have mentioned Aisha here and there.

I enjoyed the episode, Aisha….take a breath.

Because of course, everything *you* do needs to be flawless in just the way I like it to be.

Constructive feedback is fine, I think, but what the hell does someone do with “it wasn’t quite as funny”? Go listen to one of Carolla’s live shows and enjoy the drops.

It is Thanksgiving here in good ol’ Canada. I, as a Canadian, have to say that I am thankful for the pardcast! You make for an enjoyable Monday!

You go to hell, Pat Francis! You go to hell and you die! In fact, I want Elliot and creepy foot intern to replace you as the go-to guests when no one else is available. You just go do your “rocky roll” podcast with Lucy Van Pelt and leave the chicken wing commentary to the big boys. How does that sound?!?

I loved this episode, the whole atmosphere was just fantastic. Best episode in a while in my opinion.

I’ve got some bad news. As I am a die-hard, pre-iPod Apple fanboy who came very close to worshiping Steve Jobs, if there was anything that could get me to stop listening to this show, it would be the NNF curse killing him. It’s clear that Never Not Funny is the podcast equivalent of the Chuck Palahniuk novel ‘Lullaby’ but I am still here so you’re stuck with me!

We might need to check with Darryl on this to be sure but, Jimmy and Aisha talking about their riff guns might have resulted in the most uses of the word ‘gun’ in a non-Graham Elwood episode.

Awesome episode, the start was a little rough when Aisha and Jimmy were more crashing into each other instead of bouncing off but boy did it pick up once everyone got into the same rhythm.

I’m laughing out loud right now. Good energy.

As the number of comments proves, Aisha is finally the first good new guest this season.

Just when I thought the mere mention of the imac from last week pushed Mr. jobs to the welcoming arms of death, he was actually mentioned just days before (and the way Matt joked about it was too coincidental). I thought, “Oh no he didn’t” (not because the guest is a lady of color). That was the kill shot!

When I saw Aisha was the guest, the first thing that came to mind was an Al Madrigal episode (I think). Really enjoyed the episode, it wasn’t weird or uncomfortable!

While some of the guests weren’t to others’ taste, I think Jimmy and team have always found the funny not like other shows (tv, podcast, radio, etc) here the guests or panel have to carry the show while the host tries to be funny. Pardo Patrol is awesome, though I was hoping there would be one with Dave Grohl.

The number of comments shows how amazed/surprised/weirded out some folks are when it was revealed that the gang had spoken of Steve Jobs and his possible death two days before it actually happened. Maybe Matt can speculate when the iPhone 5 will be released. That was Seve Ballesteros random/weird.

Although I must say that Zsa Zsa Gabor is still alive, one let and all….

Fantastic episode, a great one to listen to while running (except the constant laughing out loud and the subsequent stares). It was worth it though!. Hope Aisha back on soon. Oh, and “Hole of Color” may be one my fantasy baseball teams next year.

Hearing the gang talk about Steve Jobs made the hair on the back of my neck stand up. These guys must be wizards or something from the Lord of the Rings trilogy! What I want to know from them now is: should I buy Apple stock or not?, or maybe they could give be tonight’s lotto numbers.

This was one of the funniest episodes ever. Certainly in my TOP 5 favorites. BTW, if someone finally leaves their job, as Jobs did, suffering from Pancreatic Cancer, it’s a safe bet that they will “pass” in the near future. (No special skill in predicting that.)
You guys are still the greatest, and I have a great deal more respect and admiration for Elliot, knowing that he won Ben Stein’s Money. The test just to get ONTO that show was ridiculously difficult, and I’m a BRILLIANTLY INTELLIGENT person…. (it’s true, believe me). Either that, or I was being punked back in ’97 when I tried to get on it, and failed miserably.

He did actually WIN Ben Stein’s money, right? That wasn’t some sort of “bit” that I took literally, was it?
