Okay, so you guys have gone back and shifted your opinions of George Burns and Bob Hope after seeing their early works. Can I suggest/ask/beg that you listen to “Mort Sahl at Sunset,” “At the Hungry i” or “Anyway, Onward” and shift the joke over to Mark Russell where it belongs? All the shitting on Mort Sahl makes me a little teary!

One little problem with the video though. 64 minutes 10 seconds in Matt’s head appears over video of JP/Coco and appears to be talking, but no sound comes from his mouth, only the sensual tones of JP/Coco can be heard.

That was a fun episode. I love it when the guests are slightly belligerent. Puts the boys on their toes. I was waiting for Coco to mispronounce Matt’s name a fourth time. Oh, and don’t him give you any of that flank steak bullshit. You know what I mean? Try the London Broil.

Awesome. Ellis Paul was really great, and now i get more Conan. You guys rock so fucking hard!

I loved Matt’s guest appearance at 1:04:08 LOL!

Folks: That ghost-like image of Matt is a production snafu transferred from the previous ep with Ellis. It will be corrected soon.

Conan’s presence is amazing – even sitting in the NNF studio he seems to have some kind of aura, or a ‘nice quality’ as he puts it.

Pat Francis’ Long Lost Twin!!!

Do you remember the persistent eating noises on mike? The many refusals to let a joke die? The aggrandizing self-proclamations in character?

Conan = Pat

And, no one has ever seen them in the same room together. I realize Conan is 7′ tall and Pat appears, on the surface, to be vertically modest. But Conan could be wearing lifts. And his pompadour adds several inches.

Absolutely one of of the top 5 best NNF eps ever (and I don’t count Conan’s original appearance in the top 10). Hysterical!

Jimmy has been nice enough to let this deadbeat O’Brien on his show TWICE. Where’s the quid pro quo, Red?! I mean, sheesh.

i was gurgling mouthwash when conan said, “no one rolls dem bones like conan”, and the fountain of listerine that erupted was truly a glorious site to behold.

I really liked hearing Conan be candid about what happened with NBC. Him talking about what would happen if he were to show up at the Tonight Show or 30 rock now was really interesting.

another great episode. I felt like Conan got out of his on air persona a lot more than he did the last time around (which was also great, don’t get me wrong), and it led to some really funny moments.

also maybe it’s just me, but Jimmy as an English judge would be a funny character for a Conan sketch.

Some nice JP face-time during the monologue last night.

Another great episode, Season Eight is looking to be the best season yet (not to disparage the previous seven seasons)!

If I ever get the opportunity to meet Conan, I will be sure to tell him he has a nice quality and remind him that monkeys are dicks.

Conan’s is to steak as Pardo is to hot sandwich

I was so happy to see this episode on iTunes. I wanted to savor the episode by listening to it a half hour at a time, but I was like a greedy child and listened to the whole thing at once. Fantastic! I loved Conan’s playful antagonism. He kept everyone in line. Now the question that begs to be asked, did you or didn’t you?

I love the arguing dynamic that goes on between Jimmy & Conan. Matt can barely get a word in. The only person that talks faster and more than Conan is Bill Dwyer.

Another instant classic! Also a nice mention in USAToday’s PopCandy on the best Comedy Podcasts…and the hits just keep on comin’!

LOVED THIS EPISODE!! I giggled and laughed out loud all the way through! Hilarious!

NEVER tell if the dinner happened or not.

You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complex and extremely broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I’ll try to get the hang of it!
