    Chunk

  4. Cotton Says:

I can’t believe you guys didn’t all get World B. Free! He still works for the Sixers, as far as I know.

I like how if it involves basketball or rap music, Matt is the best detective in the room.

  5. Charlie Says:

I’m not sure exactly what episode, but I’m pretty sure Dave told the robot apocalypse story in an earlier appearance, maybe his first. Great story though, I’m not complaining

  6. JP Says:

Hi Charlie, I can’t remember what we talked about seconds after the show ends… so there is a real good chance you are right!

  7. Darryl Says:

Yes, I’m sure it came up. It will eventually be on NeverNotNotes.com!

  8. Ben Says:

BW3 = Buffalo Wild Wings and Weck. Weck was a kind of bread they used to have. They no longer have the bread or the weck in the name, though.

  9. Curtis Says:

God lord I had no idea, it must have been that gorgeous head of hair….

Aw man, no DVD on TV talk.

  12. Paul Says:

Always look forward to a visit from dave. Catching up on the season and currently on the Todd Levin episode, solid addition to the rotation. In the cast he mentioned Paget Brewster when telling a story about his parents, she would be a great guest and a great change of pace, how about it guys?

    Thanks

OK gang, I just updated Never Not Notes with Jesse Thorn, Todd Glass, and the New Year’s bonus episode. I should have the current episode done this weekend, then only 3 more to go to have season 6 up-to-date. http://www.nevernotnotes.com

I really enjoyed listening to JP Spalding on the show thought that was a great dynamic, very funny.

  17. YoSoyJu Says:

I started crying from laughter when Matt ate the bad cupcake and didn’t stop until the end. One of my all time favorites!

I was the man at Dave Holmes’ audition. So sue me, I thought I was being friendly, I thought I was lightening the mood. And no, that audition did not go to well for me, yes they kicked me out quickly, but does that give you the right to mock me: I think not! Why hurt me by repeating this story, I’ve been a subscriber for years but if you don’t publicly denounce Dave Holmes and start a public feud with him Jimmy pardo: I’m out. Also, get rid of this Elliot fellow, I don’t trust him.

  20. Darryl Says:

Why do I get the feeling that HurtByHolmes has also written scathing letters on eBay?

  21. zaner27 Says:

On twitter Benson posted asking if anyone has seen Andrew Koenig - he said he is missing. I assume this is a joke?

  22. Caroline Says:

I have the same question as Zaner27.

  23. Darryl Says:

    Doug’s tweet:

“On a serious note, my buddy Andrew Koenig was last seen in Vancouver on Feb 14. If anybody knows where he is send me a message.”

Let’s not use the word “missing” in reaction to this.

  24. zaner27 Says:

Darryl - Regardless, we are concerned here.

Are you suggesting it is a joke?

  25. Darryl Says:

No I’m not suggesting it’s a joke. Of course we are concerned. Just trying to keep perspective.

    “HAS ANYONE SEEN HIM?

Andrew Koenig (AK-47, the video guy on “Never Not Funny,” and “Boner” from “Growing Pains”) has been missing for a week, last seen 2/14 in Vancouver. Didn’t make his flight back to the US on 2/16. The Vancouver Police are involved, and lots of people are looking. Could you reblog this and help get the word out? And say some prayers or think some positive thoughts?

UPDATE: It’s not that I don’t appreciate the “like”s, but PLEASE DO REBLOG THIS. You might have followers in Vancouver, and though the presence of the word “Boner” may make this look like a joke, I assure you it isn’t. Thanks!”

  27. Tim Says:

I hope Andrew is OK. I fear the worst though. Praying for you and the family Andrew and hoping for good news.

  28. Joseph Says:

I hope he is okay. Hopefully he just got caught up with the celebration of Curling.

  29. Kenny Says:

I’m honestly really worried about him. I never thought I’d be this concerned about someone I’ve never met, but man. I just hope this all has a happy ending, that it was all some big mixup and he was fine all along, I guess. Man.

  30. zaner27 Says:

We are all concerned about Andrew and hope that he is found and comes home safe and sound.

  31. James Says:

If you google Andrew’s name, you’ll see a news article/blog post about him.

  32. Kris Carlson Says:

Jimmy or Matt i assume you’re probably not reading these comments. I’m in vancouver if there is anything i can do to help let me know kris-carlson@hotmail.com

  33. HM Says:

Here’s the article from canoe.ca. Wow, it looks really serious. I hope everything’s okay AK47.

American actor Andrew Koenig has been reported missing to Vancouver police.
Koenig, best-known for his role as Boner on 1980s U.S. TV show Growing Pains, was last seen on February 14, 2010.
The 42 year old missed a flight out of the city on February 16.
Authorities are now searching for the actor, who was staying with burlesque artist Jenny Magenta, while in Vancouver, according to Popeater.com.
Magenta took to her Facebook page on Friday to ask for help finding Koenig, whose parents told her he may be “severely depressed”.
The family has asked that anyone with information regarding Koenig’s whereabouts contact Detective Raymond Payette of the Vancouver Police Department.
Koenig’s father is former Star Trek star Walter Koenig.

  34. Newf Says:

Thinking of AK. Hope everything works out.

  35. Chester Manns Says:

Nice post. Pretty good info for anyone who’s into Twitter, old or new.
